What areas do you provide training?

We are based in the North West of England but serve the entirety of England and Wales.

How can I book a course for my organisation?

There are several ways you can get in touch to book a course for your organisation:

My team is small – can I still purchase the training?

Depending on the course you are interested in, minimum numbers may apply. However, if your team numbers are not large enough we may be able to discuss the addition of others. This usually enables a richer learning experience for all participants as it increases the variety of knowledge and experiences within the course.

I’m an individual – can I attend one of your courses?

Yes! We provide both in-house courses for organisations and community-based workshops which are open to individuals.

Take a look at our community Course Schedule, and if you don’t see the course you’re interested in, get in touch so we can let you know when it becomes available.

How soon are you available to provide a workshop?

This depends on our current bookings and trainer availabilities. Get in touch and we will be happy to discuss your requirements.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes, all our workshops include a certificate of attendance.

What qualifications and experience do your trainers have?

Our trainers are all educated to a degree level and come from a mixture of backgrounds including, but not limited to:

  • Psychology
  • Counselling
  • Suicide prevention helplines
  • Suicide bereavement
  • Crisis intervention
