This highly interactive course is designed to build confidence, knowledge, and practical skills in recognising and responding to anxiety in young people. It’s suitable for educators, school staff, youth workers, and anyone supporting young people.

Course content

  • Develop an understanding of mental health
  • Increase understanding of the causes of anxiety in young people and consider a range of possible symptoms and behaviours
  • Develop strategies and effective ways to communicate with young people to support them to manage their anxiety
